Instructions
- Place chicken in the crockpot.
- Add chicken broth and diced vegetables.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Shred chicken before serving.
