Crockpot stuffed shells are a comforting cheesy delight, perfect for family dinners.


Ingrédients

  • 12 jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 3 cups marinara sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the jumbo shells according to package instructions.
  2. In a bowl, mix ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stuff each shell with the cheese mixture.
  4. Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of the crockpot.
  5. Place the stuffed shells in the crockpot in a single layer.
  6. Top with remaining marinara sauce and sprinkle extra mozzarella cheese on top.
  7. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy.
