Ingrédients

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup vegetable broth

Instructions
- Prepare all vegetables by washing and chopping.
- Add all ingredients to the crockpot.
- Stir to combine.
- Set the crockpot on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Check for tenderness of vegetables before serving.
