Delicious cookies made with peanut butter and Reese’s pieces.

- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup Reese’s pieces
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix together peanut butter and sugar until smooth.
- Add egg, vanilla extract, and baking soda. Mix well.
- Fold in the Reese’s pieces.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
- Store cookies in an airtight container.
- For softer cookies, bake for a shorter time.
- Feel free to add chocolate chips for extra sweetness.
