Ingrédients

  • 2 slices of crusty bread

  • 1/4 cup sliced tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Cook the chicken breast for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Remove the chicken and let it rest for a few minutes.
  5. Spread romesco sauce on one side of each slice of bread.
  6. Layer lettuce, sliced tomatoes, and sliced chicken on one slice of bread.
  7. Top with the other slice of bread, sauce side down.
  8. Cut the sandwich in half and serve.
