Creamy and cheesy au gratin potatoes made to perfection.


Ingrédients

  • 4 large potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish with butter.
  3. Layer half of the sliced potatoes at the bottom of the dish.
  4. In a bowl, mix cream, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour half of the cream mixture over the potatoes.
  6. Sprinkle half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top.
  7. Add the remaining potatoes in a layer.
  8. Pour the rest of the cream mixture over the second layer.
  9. Top with remaining cheese and sprinkle Parmesan.
  10. Bake for 45-60 minutes until golden and bubbly.

  • Let it sit for a few minutes before serving.
  • Use a mandoline for evenly sliced potatoes.
