- 1 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda

- 1 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix melted coconut oil, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
- Add almond milk and vanilla extract, mix well.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- Fold in dairy-free chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store cookies in an airtight container.
- These cookies can be frozen for later use.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar if desired.
