Delicious dairy free appetizers for Thanksgiving.
Ingrédients

- 1 cup raw cashews
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon fresh herbs (thyme, rosemary, or parsley)
Instructions
- Soak cashews in water for 4 hours.
- Drain and rinse the cashews.
- Blend cashews, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and water until smooth.
- Add fresh herbs and pulse to combine.
- Serve with crackers or vegetable sticks.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning according to your taste.
- Can be made a day in advance.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
