- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Toss the green beans in olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the green beans on a baking sheet and roast for 15-20 minutes.
- In a pot, combine the mashed potatoes and vegetable broth. Stir until smooth.
- In another pot, steam the carrots until tender.
- Add thyme and lemon juice to the carrots and mix well.
- Serve the roasted green beans, mashed potatoes, and carrots together on a platter.
