Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, dark chocolate chips, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix honey or maple syrup, almond milk, peanut butter, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
- Grease a muffin tin and spoon the mixture into each cup.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until set.
- Let cool before removing from the tin.
