- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix oats, flour, brown sugar, and salt.
- Add melted butter and stir until combined.
- Press half of the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Melt chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract.
- Pour chocolate mixture over the pressed oat layer.
- Crumble the remaining oat mixture on top of the chocolate.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before cutting into bars.
