- 1 round cob loaf
- 250g cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped chives
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon bits
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Slice the top off the cob loaf and hollow out the inside.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, grated cheese, chives, bacon bits, salt, and pepper.
- Fill the hollowed-out cob loaf with the mixture.
- Place the top back on the loaf.
- Wrap the loaf in aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Unwrap and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Serve warm with vegetable sticks or crackers.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
