Ingrédients

  • 1 round cob loaf
  • 250g cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped chives
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon bits
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Slice the top off the cob loaf and hollow out the inside.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, grated cheese, chives, bacon bits, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fill the hollowed-out cob loaf with the mixture.
  5. Place the top back on the loaf.
  6. Wrap the loaf in aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  7. Unwrap and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

  • Serve warm with vegetable sticks or crackers.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
