Description
Delicious Greek chili chicken alfredo with smoked feta cream and crispy parmesan asparagus.
Ingrédients

- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 cup fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup smoked feta cheese
- 1 tablespoon chili flakes
- 1 cup asparagus, trimmed
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add chicken breasts, season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes. Cook until golden brown.
- Remove chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, add heavy cream and smoked feta cheese.
- Stir until combined and heated through.
- Slice chicken and add it back to the skillet.
- Combine with cooked fettuccine.
- For asparagus, toss with olive oil, salt, and parmesan cheese. Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes until crispy.
Notes
- Adjust chili flakes to taste.
- Use whole wheat pasta for a healthier option.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
