A simple and tasty Monterey chicken spaghetti recipe perfect for easy dinners.
Ingrédients

- 8 oz spaghetti
- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 1 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- Remove chicken and slice into strips.
- In the same skillet, add cooked spaghetti and salsa. Mix well.
- Top with sliced chicken and sprinkle cheese and green onions.
- Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes until cheese melts.
