This delicious Philly cheese steak pasta recipe is perfect for family dinners.

- 8 oz penne pasta
- 1 lb steak, sliced thin
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup cream
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced steak, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
- Add bell pepper, onion, and mushrooms to the skillet. Cook until tender.
- Pour in beef broth and cream. Stir to combine.
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet and mix well.
- Sprinkle provolone cheese on top. Cover and let cheese melt.
- Serve hot.
