Instructions
- Preheat your smoker to 225°F.
- Season the beef short ribs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
- Place the ribs in the smoker and cook for 6 hours.
- After 4 hours, spritz the ribs with beef broth every hour.
- In the last hour, brush the ribs with barbecue sauce.
- Remove the ribs from the smoker and let them rest for 30 minutes before serving.

- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Use wood chips like hickory or oak for smoking.
