Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine sugar and corn syrup.
- Add eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract; mix well.
- Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
- Pour the filling into the pie crust.
- Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until set.
- Let cool before serving.

- Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
