A delicious pumpkin pie perfect for Thanksgiving dinner.
Ingrédients

- 2 cups pumpkin puree
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 pie crust
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, mix pumpkin puree, heavy cream, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
- Add cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Reduce the temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for an additional 40-45 minutes.
- Let it cool before serving.
Notes
- Serve with whipped cream on top.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Can be made a day in advance.
