A creamy and tangy macaroni salad inspired by deviled eggs.

- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup celery, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and cool.
- In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chopped hard-boiled eggs, celery, and red onion to the mixture.
- Stir in the cooled macaroni until well combined.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
