Description
A creamy and flavorful macaroni salad inspired by deviled eggs.
Ingrédients

- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup celery, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Paprika for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, and apple cider vinegar.
- Add chopped hard-boiled eggs, celery, and red onion to the bowl.
- Stir in the cooked macaroni.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Before serving, sprinkle with paprika.

- Adjust ingredients to taste.
- Can be made a day in advance.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
