Description

A creamy and flavorful macaroni salad inspired by deviled eggs.


Ingrédients

  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup celery, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, and apple cider vinegar.
  3. Add chopped hard-boiled eggs, celery, and red onion to the bowl.
  4. Stir in the cooked macaroni.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Before serving, sprinkle with paprika.
