Ingrédients

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot and covering with water. Bring to a boil, then cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 12 minutes.
  2. Cool the eggs in cold water and peel them once cooled.
  3. Slice the eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks.
  4. In a bowl, mix the yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  5. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  6. Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
