Homemade Chinese New Year treats that are easy to make.
Ingrédients

- 1 cup glutinous rice flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- Red food coloring (optional)
Instructions
- Mix glutinous rice flour and sugar in a bowl.
- Add water and coconut milk to the mixture.
- If desired, add red food coloring for color.
- Stir until the mixture is smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a greased steaming dish.
- Steam for 30 minutes or until set.
- Let it cool and cut into pieces.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Best enjoyed fresh.
- Adjust sugar based on your taste.
