Description
Delicious double chocolate s’mores cookies that combine rich chocolate flavor with marshmallow and graham cracker.

- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- In another bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until combined.
- Stir in the chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and crushed graham crackers.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are set.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
- Store cookies in an airtight container.
- For extra gooey cookies, add more marshmallows.
- These cookies freeze well for up to 3 months.
