  • 1 cup pastry cream
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream the butter and sugar together.
  3. Add eggs, milk, and vanilla. Mix well.
  4. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture.
  5. Fill cupcake liners with batter and bake for 20 minutes.
  6. Let cupcakes cool completely.
  7. Fill each cupcake with pastry cream.
  8. Heat heavy cream and pour over chocolate chips to make glaze.
  9. Top cupcakes with chocolate glaze.
