Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

- Combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture.
- Fill cupcake liners with batter and bake for 20 minutes.
- Let cupcakes cool completely.
- Fill each cupcake with pastry cream.
- Heat heavy cream and pour over chocolate chips to make glaze.
- Top cupcakes with chocolate glaze.
