- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon thyme

- 1 teaspoon rosemary
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Rub the mixture all over the turkey.
- Let the turkey sit for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
- Roast the turkey as desired.

- Store any leftover rub in a sealed container.
- Adjust spices according to your taste.
- Use on other meats as well.
