Delicious dulce de leche cheesecake bars with a creamy texture and a rich flavor.

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup dulce de leche
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch baking pan.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add dulce de leche, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the filling over the crust in the pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set.
- Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting.
Notes
- Store bars in the refrigerator.
- Can be topped with whipped cream or additional dulce de leche.
- Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for best results.
