Delicious dulce de leche chocolate cheesecake bars with a creamy texture and rich flavor.

- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup dulce de leche
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add dulce de leche, eggs, vanilla, and salt; mix until well combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set.
- Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing.
Notes
- Cut into bars for easy serving.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Can be topped with extra dulce de leche before serving.
