- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup pastel M&Ms
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour and baking soda.
- In another bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and salt until creamy.
- Add vanilla and eggs, mixing well.
- Gradually blend in the flour mixture.
- Fold in chocolate chips and M&Ms.
- Drop tablespoonfuls of dough onto baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes.
- Transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
