This recipe makes easy air fryer meatloaf minis that are perfect for a quick meal.

- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into small loaves.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
- Place the meatloaf minis in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
- Check the internal temperature; it should reach 160°F.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve with extra ketchup on the side.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- Can be frozen for later use.
