- 14 oz firm tofu
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Press the tofu to remove excess moisture.
- Cut the tofu into cubes.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Add tofu cubes to the bowl and coat evenly.
- Sprinkle cornstarch over the tofu and toss again.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place tofu in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Remove and serve hot.

- Use extra firm tofu for best results.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
