A simple and delicious blackberry cobbler that you can make at home.

- 2 cups fresh blackberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix blackberries with half a cup of sugar.
- In another bowl, combine flour, remaining sugar, milk, melted butter, baking powder, and salt.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- Top the batter with the blackberry mixture.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool before serving.
Notes
- Serve warm with ice cream.
- Can substitute blackberries with other berries.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
