- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Mix spices in a bowl.
- Coat chicken breasts with olive oil.
- Rub spice mixture onto chicken.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken to the skillet.
- Cook for 6-7 minutes per side until blackened.
- Check internal temperature (165°F).
- Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.
