  • 4 cups milk
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 4 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix milk, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and cinnamon.
  3. Add bread cubes and raisins, if using. Stir gently to combine.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes until set and golden.
  6. While baking, prepare the vanilla sauce.
  7. In a saucepan, heat 2 cups of milk and 1/2 cup of sugar over medium heat until warm.
