- 1 medium head of cabbage, chopped
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 can (28 oz) diced tomatoes
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and onion until browned.
- Add the chopped cabbage to the skillet and cook until it starts to soften.
- Stir in the cooked rice, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
