- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1 package of mini phyllo pastry cups
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Add cheddar cheese, green onions, bell pepper, bacon, and garlic powder. Stir well.
- Place the mini phyllo cups on a baking sheet.
- Fill each cup with the cheese mixture.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
