Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Add cheese, ham, and bell peppers to the egg mixture.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Pour the egg mixture into the skillet.
- Cook until edges start to set, about 5 minutes.
- Transfer skillet to oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until fully cooked.
- Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
