Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Season chicken breast with salt and pepper, then brown in the skillet.
- In a baking dish, combine rice, broccoli, and cream of mushroom soup.
- Place browned chicken on top of the mixture.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the chicken.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
