Instructions
- In a bowl, combine softened butter, garlic, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture onto a sheet of plastic wrap.
- Form it into a log shape and wrap tightly.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm.
- Slice into rounds and serve on cooked steak.
