Description

This easy cream puff cake is a delightful dessert made with layers of cream puffs and a rich custard filling.


Ingrédients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a saucepan, combine water and butter, and bring to a boil.
  3. Add flour all at once and stir until the mixture forms a ball.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  5. Beat in eggs one at a time until smooth.
  6. Drop spoonfuls onto a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let cool and then fill with whipped cream mixed with powdered sugar and vanilla.
