  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix mashed bananas and sourdough starter.
  3. Add sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  4. In another bowl, combine baking soda, salt, and flour.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Stir until combined.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let it cool before slicing.
