This easy Dutch apple bread is a delightful treat with a sweet apple flavor.

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups chopped apples
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, blend sugar, brown sugar, and oil.
- Add eggs and vanilla to the sugar mixture and mix well.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients.
- Fold in the chopped apples.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before slicing.

- Store in an airtight container.
- Best served warm.
- Add nuts for extra crunch if desired.
