Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, melt sugar over medium heat until golden brown.
  3. Pour melted sugar into a round baking dish, tilting to coat the bottom.
  4. In a blender, combine eggs, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
  5. Pour the mixture over the caramelized sugar in the baking dish.
  6. Bake in a water bath for 50-60 minutes or until set.
  7. Let it cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
  8. To serve, run a knife around the edges and invert onto a plate.
