- 6 large eggs
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a saucepan, melt sugar over medium heat until golden brown.
- Pour melted sugar into a round baking dish, tilting to coat the bottom.
- In a blender, combine eggs, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture over the caramelized sugar in the baking dish.
- Bake in a water bath for 50-60 minutes or until set.
- Let it cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
- To serve, run a knife around the edges and invert onto a plate.
