Instructions
- Place the chicken breast in the crockpot.
- Add the mixed vegetables on top.
- Pour the chicken broth over the ingredients.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the chicken before serving.
