A simple recipe for homemade beefaroni that is quick and satisfying.

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
- 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion is translucent.
- Stir in the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, and beef broth.
- Add the elbow macaroni and Italian seasoning. Mix well.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
Notes
- Feel free to add cheese on top before serving.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- You can substitute ground turkey for a lighter option.
