Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic; cook until softened.
- Stir in the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Add the beef broth and bring to a boil.
- Stir in the elbow macaroni and reduce heat to low.
- Cover and simmer for about 15 minutes or until the macaroni is tender.
