Description

A simple recipe for homemade lasagna that you can easily prepare.


Ingrédients

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 jar (26 oz) marinara sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
  3. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  4. Add marinara sauce to the beef and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. Spread a layer of meat sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  7. Add three noodles, then half of the ricotta mixture, and one-third of the mozzarella.
  8. Repeat layers, ending with noodles and remaining meat sauce on top.
  9. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  10. Bake for 30-35 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes

  • Let lasagna cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
  • You can add vegetables between layers if desired.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
