  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 egg

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
  3. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  4. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Layer 3 noodles over the sauce, then half of the ricotta mixture, half of the beef, and a third of the mozzarella.
  7. Repeat the layers, ending with noodles and remaining sauce on top.
  8. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and the rest of the mozzarella.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until bubbly.
  10. Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
