Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
- Add yogurt, warm water, and olive oil.
- Knead the dough until smooth.
- Cover the dough and let it rest for 1 hour.
- Divide the dough into small balls.
- Roll each ball into a flat oval shape.
- Cook in a preheated skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add minced garlic to the dough.
- Brush with melted butter after cooking.
