Description

Ingrédients

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef with onion and garlic.
  2. Add crushed tomatoes, beef broth, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Add uncooked pasta and cook until al dente.
  5. Stir in spinach and cook until wilted.
  6. Serve hot, topped with ricotta and mozzarella cheese.
