A simple and delicious Mexican casserole that combines layers of flavor.
Ingrédients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 cup sliced olives
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef and onions until browned.
- Add the black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and taco seasoning. Mix well.
- In a baking dish, layer tortilla chips, followed by the beef mixture.
- Sprinkle cheese on top of the beef mixture.
- Add another layer of tortilla chips and more cheese if desired.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Top with olives before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add your favorite vegetables.
- Serve with sour cream and salsa.
- Can be made ahead and reheated.
