A simple and delicious Mexican casserole that combines layers of flavor.


Ingrédients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can black beans, drained
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 bag tortilla chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup sliced olives

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef and onions until browned.
  3. Add the black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and taco seasoning. Mix well.
  4. In a baking dish, layer tortilla chips, followed by the beef mixture.
  5. Sprinkle cheese on top of the beef mixture.
  6. Add another layer of tortilla chips and more cheese if desired.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted.
  8. Top with olives before serving.

Notes

  • Feel free to add your favorite vegetables.
  • Serve with sour cream and salsa.
